Open Your Heart

Posted by: admin    in Psychic Sense, Uncategorized

The heart chakra governs:

Unconditional love and compassion.

Inner child issues; the need to feel protected.

Endocrine gland: thymus. (When you activate the heart chakra there is a minor chakra that rules the thymus so this gland benefits as well.)

This quick exercise will center you before that big staff meeting or visiting a family member who torments you with criticism:

Place a pink or green stone between your hands (like praying).  Press towards your heart.  Visualize a pink light for balance and calmness or a Spring green light for activation.

Close your eyes and keep your spine straight while sitting.

Inhale and chant: RA (RA is base of spine sun energy).

Exhale and chant:  MA (MA is abdomen moon energy).

Vibrate this sound from your heart by extending the words RAAAAAAAA  and MAAAAAAAAA.

 Q.  Why do people use a rose quartz to wear on their heart chakra when the color of this energy wheel is green?

A.  Pink semi-precious gems radiate the power to calm and balance the heart chakra.  If you want to activate the heart chakra use an emerald of any size.

Q.  What’s the difference between activation and balancing?

A.  Activation is when you are in a very dark place in your mind.  Other people’s happiness totally annoys you.  You can’t see any happiness in your day or life.  You feel totally withdrawn from society and wish ill on others.  You feel completely “dead” in your heart.

Balance and calmness is for when you are feeling out of control.  Trying to heal from a break in a relationship.  Too much self-pressure to do everything right and be a perfect person.  Blaming yourself for the inappropriate behavior of others; i.e. abuse, alcoholism, etc.
